We are very clear that an estate attorney handling a death or divorce is a very different situation from a wealth manager or designer refining a collection for a client.   • Business: Are you solo or do you work with a team? Is there an assistant who will be handling aspects of our work together? Let us know if you would like to learn about our team as well.
  • Communication: Do you prefer to communicate by email, text or phone? Single point of contact or shall we utilize our team to full effect? Do we direct communication with your client and copy you, or does everything go through you?

Our valuation process consists of a survey of recent results at auction for comparable items. For you, this fact-based approach means minimal turnaround time and strong support in managing expectations.

You know your client best, and we will follow your lead in providing this information in the most effective format for the situation, whether that is a list, a report or an in-person presentation. Many of our long-term consignors began with limited offerings to test the waters. After repeatedly success, increasing the volume became a no-brainer.
